All California residents are subject to sales tax of 9.25%, unless a resale tax ID number is submitted to KI International. Sales tax will not be applied for orders from out of California.
To purchase any goods and/or services on our Site, you must (a) be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the applicable state age of majority, (b) be a natural person (no corporations, partnerships or other legal entities), and (c) be a resident in the 50 states of the United States of America, exclusive of its commonwealths, territories and possessions ("United States"). Prior to the purchase of any goods or services on our Site, you must provide us with a valid credit card number and associated payment information including all of the following: (i) your name as it appears on the card, (ii) your credit card number, (iii) the credit card type, (iv) the date of expiration and (v) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card. By submitting that information to us, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience but within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization. All sales of products and services are final. All charges from those sales are nonrefundable.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. KI International Corporation reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. KI International Corporation further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by KI International Corporation upon shipment of products or performance of services that you have ordered, as indicated by our servers. All orders placed over $1,000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. KI International Corporation is a reseller to end users and does not accept orders from resellers, exporters, wholesalers, any businesses of any kind or other customers who intend to resell.
No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products Or Services. KI International Corporation shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. KI International Corporation shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, KI International Corporation shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
All customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of goods, shipping, or handling charge of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs before placing an order. Customs, duty, and all kinds of taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. In some country's if you choose not to pay the customs fees and duties, they will destroy the merchandise not allowing to be returned. If that happen because of your refuse delivery or refuse to pay import tax & duties the customer will be responsible for the total amount paid for that order. We cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful.
Return and exchange
No refunds or exchanges are accepted if the merchandise is used, washed, worn or dirty.

You are responsible for shipping charges on your returns. Shipping charge will not be credited for return items. If your purchase were $100 or more, there will be an additional charge to cover the shipping.
New merchandise will be credited or exchanged only if suitable for resale only !!
We will not accept damaged goods if you are responsible for those damages.
If new merchandise is returned within 30 days of delivery there is a 15% restocking charge. After 30 days goods will not be accepted.
If you refuse delivery, 15% restocking fee will apply.
Customer should inspect the merchandise on delivery, and report the carrier immediately if any damage is found.
Please include a copy of invoice with the item circled when you return.
